I am really loving this stamp set, ever since I saw it in the seasonal catalogue its becoming one of my favourites. I have been wanting to try out the chalkboard technique for a while and thought this would be a good time, I needed a nice thank you card to send to an overseas friend.
There are a few ways to do this technique, I rubbed my embossing buddy over the black cardstock to give it that dusted look and then heat embossing the stamped image with
white embossing powder. The sentiment is from the
Short and Sweet stamp set (retired).
